Rare hit wickets in cricket

The most common dismissals in cricket are  caught, bowled, leg before wicket, run out and stumped whereas the rarest of dismissals are timed out, obstructing the field, retired out and hit the ball twice. A batsmen can be given out hit wicket if, after the bowler completes his bowling stride and still the ball is in play and the batsmen loses his wicket either with his bat or by himself.
